We collect from your door and bring everything back fresh, clean and beautifully folded. You never leave the house.

Most laundry services hand the bag back at the door and the job is only half done — it still has to be put away. We can take it all the way: washed, ironed, folded, and returned to a wardrobe that is actually organised. One person, one standard, start to finish.

You book
Send us a quick message with what you need and where you are. We reply with a price and a pickup time.

We collect
We pick up from your door at the agreed time. Just have it ready by the entrance — pockets emptied, please.

Washed, dried, ironed if you asked, and folded with real attention. Around 24 hours in most cases.

You approve the invoice
We send your invoice once everything is done, so you know exactly what you are paying before delivery.

Everything comes home fresh, clean, organised and ready to put away. That is the whole point.
Pricing
Clear prices, no surprises
We are not the cheapest laundry in Melbourne, and we do not try to be. What you are paying for is care, proper folding, and a job you never have to think about again.

$7.00 per kg
Minimum order $60 for the laundry service. Pickup and delivery is charged separately.
Wardrobe organising: quoted per job — it is its own service and is never rolled into the laundry minimum.

The questions we get asked
How long does it take?
Standard turnaround is approximately 24 hours. If your order needs more time — heavy bedding, a large ironing pile, delicate items that need to dry slowly — we will let you know when we collect, not after.
How does payment work?
We send your invoice once the work is finished, and delivery is arranged after it is paid. That way you see exactly what you are paying for before anything comes back, with no surprises on the doorstep.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes — $60 for the laundry service, with pickup and delivery charged separately. It lets us give every order proper time and care rather than rushing through small drop-ins.
What about delicates and stains?
Please tell us about anything delicate or special-care when you book, and empty all pockets before collection. We treat stains carefully, but we cannot guarantee every stain will come out, and some items may need a specialist or may be declined.
Can I choose fragrance-free?
Absolutely. You can have our signature fresh linen, lavender and rosemary scent, or fragrance-free — just say so when you book. Sensitive skin, allergies and babies in the house are reason enough, and no explanation is needed.
Do you cover my suburb?
We serve Mernda and Doreen first, plus selected surrounding suburbs. If you are nearby but not on the list, ask us — we will tell you honestly whether we can reach you.
